One yearly price covers your preventive care. No insurance, no claim forms, no waiting periods, and benefits that start the day you join.

Tier 1

Core Preventive Care

$650

For a healthy mouth you want to keep that way: two cleanings a year, your exams and X-rays, and 10% off everything else.

One payment for the year: about $875 of care at our regular fees

2 cleanings a year, with laser bacterial reduction at each
2 routine exams and 1 emergency exam
1 emergency exam a year
X-rays: a bitewing set once a year, a full-mouth or panoramic set once every 3 years, and any others your dentist needs
10% off all other treatment at our regular fee: fillings, crowns, gum treatment, oral surgery, implants, orthodontics and lab fees.

Joining:

A one-time $50 enrollment fee is paid when you join. Each additional member of your household on Tier 1 pays $585 a year and no enrollment fee.

Tier 2

Periodontal & Comprehensive Care

For gums that need closer care: three visits a year, fluoride, gum irrigation, and 15% off everything else.

One payment for the year: about $1,420 of care at our regular fees

3 hygiene visits a year, a cleaning or gum maintenance as your hygienist advises, with laser bacterial reduction at each
2 routine exams a year, and a full exam once every 3 years
1 emergency exam a year
2 fluoride treatments a year
1 cleaning for inflamed gums a year, when you need it
Gum irrigation whenever your hygienist recommends it

Tier 3

Elite Comprehensive & Implant Support

For implants, complex care, or the most preventive care: four visits a year, an exam at each, and 20% off everything else.

One payment for the year: about $1,985 of care at our regular fees

4 hygiene visits a year, a cleaning, gum maintenance or implant maintenance, with laser bacterial reduction at each
4 exams a year, one at every visit, one of them a full exam

Priority scheduling
20% off all other treatment at our regular fee: implants and their placement, implant crowns, bone grafts, dentures and full-arch, crowns, gum treatment, oral surgery, orthodontics and lab fees.

A one-time $50 enrollment fee is paid when you join. Each additional member of your household on Tier 3 pays $1,215 a year and no enrollment fee.

FAMILY PRICE

Bring your household

When one member of your household joins at the regular price, each additional member saves 10% and pays no enrollment fee:

Tier 1: $585 a year
Tier 2: $900
Tier 3: $1,215.

The member on the highest tier pays the regular price.

CHILD PLAN

Children 13 and under

$550 a year; about $865 of care at our regular fees

2 fluoride treatments a year, one at each cleaning

10% off all other treatment at our regular fee, sealants and fillings included.

Joining:

No enrollment fee when a parent or guardian in our household is a member. Otherwise a one-time $50 enrollment fee is paid when you join. At 14, your child moves to an adult plan at the next renewal.

How Your Plan Works

Benefits start the day you enroll. There is no waiting period, no deductible, and no yearly maximum on the care your plan includes.
One payment covers the year. You pay the yearly price when you join, with a one-time $50 enrollment fee, and once a year at renewal.
Your plan runs twelve months from the day you join and renews automatically each year. Tell us before your renewal date if you do not want to renew.
Your discount comes off our regular fee for any treatment beyond the care your plan includes. Lab fees, gum surgery and the implant itself are not discounted.
Membership is not dental insurance and cannot be combined with dental insurance.
